[DMANET] Postdoctoral position at Queen Mary, University of London

The School of Mathematical Sciences at Queen Mary, University of London is seeking to recruit a Postdoctoral Research Assistant to participate in an EPSRC-funded project "Algorithms that count: exploring the limits of tractability". The Principal Investigator for the project, which runs until the end of October 2018, is Mark Jerrum. The project aims to quantify the inherent computational difficulty of counting problems. Applicants should possess an excellent knowledge of computational complexity, analysis of algorithms and/or relevant areas of mathematics such as applied probability or combinatorics, and have a proven record of conducting research in an area relevant to the project.
